Female Na'vi sketches

Circa due anni fà, mi ero messa in testa di disegnare una mia storia ambientata su Pandora..piuttosto banale, ma come tutte le storie che ho in testa, era solo un pretesto per disegnare cose fighe. In due parole, era una storia sull'amicizia tra una giovane Na'vi e una soldatessa umana..l'umana a seguito di un'incidente nella foresta rimane isolata e ferita, viene trovata dalla Na'vi e riesce a non farsi uccidere grazie ad un inganno, convince l'aliena a farsi riaccompagnare alla base e durante il viaggio tra loro nasce una grande amicizia ecc...blablabla..il proggetto non è mai andato oltre la prima pagina di prologo XD

Comunque questi schizzi rappresentano la protagonista aliena.

two years ago, I wanted to draw my own story set on Pandora .. a little trivial, but like all the stories in my head, it was just an excuse to draw cool stuff. In two words, it was a story about the friendship between a young Na'vi and a human soldier .. the human as a result of an accident in the forest remains isolated and hurt, is found by the Na'vi, and be able to not get killed thanks to a trick, she persuaded the alien to be take back to the base and during their journey they fall in a great friendship...etc...blablabla, the Project has never gone further the first page of the prologue XD

However, these sketches represent the Na'vi protagonist.

Anatomy study sketches

Non avendo avuto in questi mesi la possibilità di disegnare modelli dal vero (e non avendolo mai fatto al Liceo Artistico, pensate un pò!) ho deciso di prendermi qualche libro di anatomia e di scopiazzare alcune pose interessanti..i libri in questione sono: "Il disegno della figura in movimento" di Burne Hogarth e "Anatomia per gli artisti" di John Raynes pubblicati dalla Newton (per chi può interessare).
Ero convinta che i disegni sarebbero venuti male...quindi, visto che ho un bel pò di quaderni scolastici mai iniziati, decisi di farli lì...alla fine i disegni sono venuti bene. quindi mi scuso per gli orribili sfondi quadrettati..non si ripeterà più.

In these months I have not had the opportunity to draw from life models (and never having done at the Art School, fancy that!), I decided to take some anatomy book and copy some  interesting poses .. the books in question are: "The desings of the figure in motion" by Burne Hogarth and "Anatomy for Artists" by John Raynes published by Newton (for those who care).
I was convinced that the designs would not come good...so, I have quite a lot of school notebooks never started, and I decided to draw there ... in the end the drawings were good. so I apologize for the horrible backgrounds squared .. will not happen again.

Per chi non dovesse conoscermi, mi chiamo Giulia e da che ho memoria, non faccio altro che disegnare.
